RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We value sustainability and creating a planet with as little as waste as possible. For this reason, all items are final and returns will not be accepted.

If an item is damaged, or you have any concerns with your product(s), please email us a photo and a description of the concern within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.

To cancel an order, please email us at info@mynotestoself.co immediately as we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please email us with your order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. We’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out.
